Resident Rooms

Our facility features both semi-private and private rooms. We encourage residents and their families to decorate their rooms with familiar, personal items to help ease the transition from home to nursing home life.

Dayrooms

Every hall has a living room equipped with flat screen TVs. We also have outdoor spaces for our residents to enjoy as the weather permits.

Westwood Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is proud to be a smoke free campus.

Dining Options

We offer four spacious dining rooms, including the soda shop  themed dining room as part of our SPARK memory care unit.

We offer nutritious and tasty meals, including a Resident Council meal that is chosen by the residents.

 

 

Activities

Our facility provides and encourages our residents to actively participate in activities functions such as games, music, religious services as desired, and entertainment. This encourages socialization and a sense of community for our residents.

Our Activity Department plans and coordinates activities daily, including weekends and evenings. Our month is filled with activities for all age groups, genders and functional levels. The Red Hat Club meets monthly. We offer monthly outings which include shopping trips, fishing trips, Amish store and farm visits, and Christmas light tours in the winter.
